The work content includes but is not limited to: carrying out comprehensive on-duty emergency response, street appearance and sanitation inspection, 12345 work order emergency disposal and other networked comprehensive management work to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of urban security work. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements) 合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目采購預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為2024年12月1日起至2025年11月30日。由于預(yù)算下?lián)軙r(shí)間原因，本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)費(fèi)用，待項(xiàng)目采購?fù)瓿珊笥沙山还?yīng)商按成交價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位，費(fèi)用按成交總價(jià)/365*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計(jì)算。 The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget for this project is from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025. (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review.
