The annual workload of this project shall not be less than 50112 hours, totaling 12 months. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details) 合同履約期限：服務期限12個月，具體以合同簽訂日期為準。 The Contract Period: The service period is 12 months, subject to the date of contract signing. 本項目（否）接受聯合體投標。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and during the evaluation process, no price discounts will be implemented for their products.
