(For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements). 合同履約期限：本項目一次采購兩年有效，合同一年一簽，經過采購人考核合格后，合同續簽一年。本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年1月1日起至2025年12月31日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續履行服務，如本次中標人非原服務單位，在此期間所產生的服務費，待項目采購完成后由中標人按中標服務單價及實際工作量支付給原服務單位相應的服務費用。 The Contract Period: The project is valid for two years at a time, the contract is signed once a year, and the contract is renewed for one year after the purchaser passes the assessment. The service period covered by the procurement budget for this project is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
